What goes where.
Most things you can do yourself in less time than an email takes.
- 01Signing in
- Sign in at empoweredfounders.com/login. There is one front door for the whole bundle, so there is no separate Seriate login to look for.
- 02Subscription, seats and billing
- All of it lives in your Empowered Founders account, including cancelling. That takes two clicks and does not route through us.
- 03Using the workspace
- The product is at app.seriate.io. If something is broken there, tell us what you were doing and what happened instead.
- 04Privacy, data and legal
- Access, correction, deletion and export requests, and any other privacy, data or legal question, go to the address above.
- 05A figure that disagrees with itself
- If a price or an allowance says one thing here and another thing on empoweredfounders.com, that is a bug. Send the two pages and we will settle it.
- 06Security
- If you think you have found a vulnerability, or that someone else has reached your account, write first and do not post it publicly.
Why there is no form.
This site is static: a handful of HTML files and a stylesheet, served by nginx with nothing running behind them. A contact form needs somewhere to post to, and there is nowhere.
We would rather send you to a real address than draw a form that quietly drops your message, or bolt on a third party that reads it on the way past. Your mail client already knows how to do this.
